Matrix Mining Solutions Private Limited (MMSPL) is a consultancy firm headed by Mr.Mahesh Kumar Thapar. He has a vast experience in A to Z activities of coal mining and other ancillary activities such as coal handling plants and washeries in green/ brown field projects. He is an acclaimed leader in Coal Industry, with a successful exposure spanning 50 years in leading PSU's; Corporates; Govt. of India; consisting of 40 years in Coal India ltd (CIL) including 2 1⁄2 years as Advisor, Ministry of Coal, GoI. Retired as CMD, SECL, the largest Coal Producing subsidiaries of CIL. Post retiral from PSU, shared his vast exposure of Coal Mining as CEO, Adani for 10 years. He has reaffirmed his credibility by developing a robust mining vertical comprising several green field coal blocks as well as development of Parsa East & Kente Basan Coal Block of world class technology and efficiency while working in Adani Mining.
